If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with Vova, you may do so using the methods described below.

Data Deletion and Account Deletion
We provide all users, including those who access Vova via third-party platforms such as Facebook, with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.
You may request deletion of your data through the following methods:
1. In-App Deletion:
If you have a Vova account, you may delete your account and associated data directly within the app by navigating to:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Email Request:
You may send a data deletion request to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Please include sufficient information (such as your user ID or registered email/phone number) to help us identify your account.
3. Facebook Data Deletion:
If you registered or logged in via Facebook, you may also request deletion of your data by:
- Removing Vova from your Facebook account settings
- Or contacting us via email for Facebook-related data deletion requests
Scope of Deletion:
Upon verification of your identity, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, including:
- Account profile information
- Associated usage data
Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
Processing Time:
We will process your request within 30 days.
Non-Registered Users:
If you do not have a registered account but believe we have collected your data (e.g., via device or log data), you may also request deletion via email.
Verification:
We may require additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
